- Click on "Login/ sign up"
- Enter your mobile number
- Receive OTP (one-time password) on your mobile phone
- Enter OTP and it's done
- In case if you do not get OTP within 100 seconds, click "Resend OTP"
Is it mandatory to sign In?
If you just want to compare and check the prices, it is not mandatory to sign-in. However, if you want to book any product for rental then login is mandatory. You cannot transact as a guest user
What do I need to start renting ?
You need to update your Name, email address, billing address, shipping address before placing order. You also need to upload your Id proof and address proof to complete the KYC after placing the order.
How do I update my email address or Name ?

- Click 'Profile' in the drop down
- Click 'Edit' tab in front of email address or Name
- Enter your name or email adress and click 'update'
What is wish-list?
A wish-list is your collection of saved items signifying your interest to rent out immediately after comparison or in near future. Click here to go to the wish-list. You can directly move the items to the cart from your wish-list.
What is Billing Address?
Billing address is the information of an individual or organization in whose name the bill or receipt has to be generated

What documents do I need to submit?
You need to upload your address proof and Id proof with basic details in your eKYC form after placing the order.
How should I book a product rental subscription?
- Login to your account
- Choose the product you want to subscribe to
- Select minimum rental tenure
- Select 'Delivery Date'
- Select your Billing and Delivery Address
- Click on "Pay Now"
- Enter your payment mode and details
- Complete the payment
- Go to the orders tab to check your booked rental subscription
What are the terms of rental?
The terms of rental are simple and customer centric. It varies from product to product. The detailed terms are available in the eKYC document and 'Terms and Conditions' section.
Where can I find the details of my past and present orders?
- Login to your account
- Click on 'Your Name'
- Click 'Orders' in the drop down
- You can find a list of orders
- Click on the order to find the expanded view with the order details
- Click on the invoice to download a copy in pdf format
Can the subscription be transferred?
Yes, you can surely transfer the subscription. To transfer, he/she should go through the eKYC documentation again.
Is it possible to extend the tenure?
Yes, irentout.com takes a minimum tenure commitment and not maximum tenure. So, you can just go ahead and renew the subscription which will automatically extend the rental tenure.
How should I pay for monthly subscriptions?
- Login to your account
- Click on 'Your Name'
- Click 'Renewals' in the drop down
- You can find the list of items that are due for renewal
- Select all the items that you want to renew and click on the 'Renew' button.
- Pay the renewal amount through any of the payment modes listed
- Once paid, download invoice from 'Orders' tab
What is the delivery timeline??
The maximum time is as mentioned in the product detail page after the approval of KYC. You can call 080 47492222 and request for speedy delivery. If you want to change the delivery time, you can always email us at support@irentout.com or contact customer support.
Is delivery and installation free?
Yes, the delivery and installation free for most of the devices. However, in the case of some heavy products the delivery charge will vary depending on the number of floors of your delivery location. Please check the description page to reconfirm on installation charges
Who will deliver the product ?
It will be delivered by our in-house delivery experts or third-party delivery partners
Can I reschedule my delivery ?
Yes, you can reschedule your delivery at least 4 hours in advance or we will be forced to charge a nominal delivery charges.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery ?
No problem, you can either reschedule the delivery or we can wait for 30 minutes for you to be back.
What is the pickup process?
- Go to your profile and click on 'My Products'.
- Select the product you want to return and click on 'Return'
- Pick the return date before the end of subscription tenure
- Confirm and place the return request
- Our executive will pick up the product on the selected date
How much deposit should be paid??
The security deposit varies from product to product and are mentioned in every product page. The security deposit is refunded once the rented product is returned.
How much should I pay while booking?
You will be paying only 1 month rent and refundable security deposit while placing the order
How should I pay my monthly subscription?
- As soon as your monthly subscription ends, you will find the products that are due for renewal in the 'Renewal' tab in your profile page.
- Select the products that are due for renewal and click on 'Renew'
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you can select your mode of payment and continue with the payment
How will get my deposit back ?
Once the rented product is picked up, the refund of security deposit will be initiated within 1 working day from irentout.com. It may take 3 to 10 days for the payment gateway service provider to refund it to your source account
What are the modes of payment?
We support all major payment modes which include Debit and Credit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc.
Where should I pay my monthly rental?
- As soon as the subscription ends, you can find the products that are due for renewal in the'Renewal' tab in your profile page.
- Select the products that are due for renewal and click on 'Renew'
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you can select your mode of payment and pay the renewal charges
What should I do if there is a payment/ refund issue ?
In case of payment/ refund issue please email us at support@irentout.com attaching your Bank statment of one month till date.
Will there be any deductions in the deposit ?
No, the complete security deposit will be refunded. The deductions are only applicable in case of accidental damages if any
What happens in case of late payment ?
We wish not to collect any late payment charges. However, your due date for payment of renewal subscription is 5 days after the end of previous subscription. You will be charged a penalty of ₹60/day after due Date as late payment charges till the rental subscription charges are paid
Are the products cover warranty??
Any issues that you face due to manufacturing defects will be handled by irentout.com at no additional charges. You need only to take care of physical damages or spillages to avoid damage charges.
What if the product delivered is not satisfactory ?
In case the product is non-satisfactory due to a change in committed specification or configuration, you can immediately request for cancellation or replacement as soon as the product is delivered. In case of cancellation, the complete refund will be processed.
How should I raise a request for repair or replacement ?
- Go to your profile and click on 'My Products'.
- Select the product you want to return and click on 'Replace/ Upgrade'
- Mention the reason for replacement/ upgradation and details of issue in brief
- Click on 'Submit' to place the request
When can I get free upgradation of the rented item ?
You can opt for free upgradation once every 12 months of your continuous rental subscription
What happens if a rented product gets physically damaged ?
Hope it doesn't, but in case of any damages you will have to pay for the damaged spares to be replaced
Who pays for the cost of repairs ?

Can I cancel my order ?
In case the product is non-satisfactory due to a change in committed specification or configuration, you can immediately request for cancellation or replacement as soon as the product is delivered without any cancellation charges. In case of cancellation after delivery, 6% cancellation processing charges on total order value, delivery and pickup charges will be applicable. In case of order cancellation 3 hours prior to delivery, only 6% cancellation processing charges on total order value will be applicable.

Can I Close my subscription and return the product early?
Yes, you can request an early return. If the rental tenure is less than the committed minimum tenure, you will have to pay the difference of monthly rental calculated for previous minimum tenure.
Can I return the product if received damaged ?
We insist you to return the product if received damaged to the delivery executive. We will be replacing the product as soon as possible.
